Ryan Homes Building Process. Building a Ryan Home Milan in Richmond, Virginia.
Pictures from the Model Home
Here are pictures from the model home that is located in Providence Forge, VA. We had to drive out there to see the Milan as there are no decorated models in the Richmond metropolitan area. The model does not have a finished basement as we are including in our build. However, the model provides a lot of inspiration and ideas for decorating.

I love this floor plan. CONGRATULATIONS again! Morgan looks like she likes it.
ReplyDeleteShe better like it....well I guess at this point she has no choice :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats! Richmond is actually my hometown and they have LOTS of communities in and around the city but it would figure the ONE model you like is 1/2 a gas tank away, smh. Don't feel bad- we had to do the same thing twice! We drove to Delaware from Philly to see our model. And I drove my mom from Richmond to Willamsburg to show her our home, lol. Can't win.
ReplyDeleteI guess we are all suckers for RH's :)
DeleteGreat floor plan. Congrats on the decision to build - we started a couple months ago and they finished our foundation last week. Here is the link to our blog, I hope it helps. Best of luck!

DeleteHey LaRon, we a building a Milan here in the Charlotte area. I was looking at your framing/drywall photos and noticed the bulkhead in the family room. In your framing pic that even though you have a basement they gave you the bulkhead.. Did they give you a reason for that? That's usually just for slabs and crawl spaces. I've seen the blueprints and verified this so I am going to make sure we do t have it bc we put he extra windows on that wall. Was just curious if they gave you any reasoning behind it. Thanks
